Cradle Cap: Mild Care Is Supportive

Parents ensure that their child grows in a healthful way. A problem like cradle cap is only a health condition, which is due to the inefficient functioning of the metabolic system of the child. Sometimes other neonatal reasons cause it. In this condition, your child develops oily, greasy and crusty scales over the head. Cradle cap affects the head and occurs in patches.

Firstly, you need patience to get your child through this skin disorder because this problem will be resolved with time. All you need is to care the infant in a gentle way. Secondly, cleanse the affected area with a mild shampoo like a baby shampoo. It is soft on the skin of infants. Dry the affected area with cotton mop.

As soon as the surface and scales dry, remove them with proper brushing. Use a soft brush for this purpose. After it, apply mineral or vegetable oil and allow the affected area to soak. Maintain proper hygiene of your child for a fast recovery.
